Meet the authors.
Sukhi Bhaiya’s work has taken him into communities around the world. Anurag Seth’s career has centred on technology. Both have pursued the question at the heart of this book: what does it mean to live freely?

Spiritual teacher & authorSukhi Bhaiya
Also known as Sukhvinder Bindra
A chartered accountant by training, Sukhi Bhaiya left corporate life to dedicate himself to spiritual teaching. A disciple of Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar, he is a Senior International Faculty member with The Art of Living Foundation. His teaching has taken him to more than sixty countries.
His work includes community service and mentoring young people as they balance personal ambition with service to others. In his earlier book, Dharma: The Cosmic Law of Existence, he explored universal dharma. Karma carries that inquiry into action and liberation.

Technology entrepreneur & seekerAnurag Seth
Co-author of Karma
Anurag Seth’s career spans artificial intelligence, semiconductor design, and technology entrepreneurship. Alongside that work, he has pursued questions about spirituality and consciousness, an interest that shapes this book’s movement between scientific ideas and contemplative inquiry.
A disciple of Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar, with Sukhi Bhaiya as his spiritual mentor, he also teaches meditation, yoga, and breathing techniques with The Art of Living. He approaches matter and consciousness as complementary dimensions of a single reality, a perspective he brings to the book’s central questions.
